豎式預熱器是預熱石灰石的關鍵設備。它由預熱器本體、儲料倉、加料管、液壓推桿裝置等組成。
Vertical preheaters are a key equipment for preheat limestone.It consists of preheater body, storage warehouse, feeding duct, hydraulic pushrod device, etc.
此型豎式預熱器的一個突出特點是其內部設置有低阻力梁,它可以合理分布窯尾進入預熱器的煙氣氣流,降低煙氣在預熱器中的阻力,從而減少排煙機的功率消耗。煙氣在豎式預熱器中直接穿過料層與石灰石進行熱交換,充分利用高溫熱煙氣的余熱,使石灰石預熱溫度達到900℃,使石灰石預熱并有一部分石灰石得到分解。廢氣經過熱交換后排出溫度較低(最低可小于235℃),有利于除塵凈化裝置的選型;預熱器采用12個液壓推頭向回轉窯內加料。預熱器頂部設有一個料倉,料倉上設有料位計控制料層高度;料倉和預熱器本體之間設有溜料管,其作用一是將頂部料倉的石灰石送入預熱器內,二是起料封作用防止冷空氣進入預熱器內。預熱器內除頂部采用吊掛磚外,其余部位均采用耐火澆注料,磚型少,砌筑簡單;整個豎式預熱器運動設備少,設備維護量小,運行穩定可靠。
A prominent feature of this vertical preheater is its internal low resistance beam, which can reasonably distribute the flue gas airflow from the kiln tail into the preheater, reduce the resistance of the flue gas in the preheater, thus reducing the power consumption of the smoke exhaust machine.The flue gas directly through the material layer to heat exchange the limestone, make full use of the residual heat of the high temperature hot flue gas, make the limestone preheating temperature reach 900℃, make the limestone preheat and decompose part of the limestone.After heat exchange, the exhaust temperature is low (less than 235℃), which is conducive to the selection of dust removal and purification device; the preheater uses 12 hydraulic thrust heads to the rotary kiln.There is a material warehouse on the top of the preheater with a material level gauge controlling the height of the material layer between the material warehouse and the preheater body sends the limestone at the top into the preheater and the other is to prevent the cold air from entering the preheater.Besides the top, the preheater shall be refractory pouring with less brick type and simple masonry; the whole vertical preheater has less movement equipment, small equipment maintenance quantity and stable and reliable operation.

b) 設備組成及特點Equipment composition and characteristics
回轉窯由筒體、支撐裝置、傳動裝置、擋輪裝置、窯尾及窯頭密封、窯頭罩組成。
窯體與水平呈3.5%傾斜放置。配有2套支撐裝置,其托輪軸承為水冷式油勺潤滑滑動軸承,并有球面瓦能自動調心。在靠近大齒圈處還配有液壓擋輪。采用變頻調速電機驅動窯體,并設有輔助電動機驅動窯體。窯頭窯尾采用彈簧片式密封裝置。

豎式冷卻器是冷卻活性石灰的關鍵設備。由冷卻器本體、冷卻風裝置、電振卸料機等組成。
Vertical coolers are a key equipment for cooling active lime.Made of cooler body, cooling air device, vibration unloader, etc.
本設計采用的冷卻器內分為四個冷卻出料區域,每個區域出料速度可根據料溫單獨控制;冷卻風在冷卻器內和熱活性石灰直接接觸,冷卻效果好,出灰溫度低,出灰溫度約高于環境溫度40℃;冷卻風經過冷卻活性石灰后溫度可預熱至600℃以上,作為回轉窯的二次助燃風使用。冷卻器沒有運動部件,結構簡單,冷卻效果好,設備維修量少。
The cooler used in this design is divided into four cooling output areas, each area can be controlled separately according to the material temperature; cooling wind in the cooler and thermal active lime, good cooling effect, low ash temperature, ash output temperature is about 40℃ higher than the ambient temperature; cooling air temperature above 600℃, used as the secondary combustion wind of the rotary kiln.The cooler has no motor parts, simple structure, good cooling effect, and less equipment maintenance.
