（1）豎式預(yù)熱器Vertical preheater

b) 設(shè)備組成及特點(diǎn)Equipment composition and characteristics
豎式預(yù)熱器是預(yù)熱石灰石的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。它由預(yù)熱器本體、儲(chǔ)料倉、加料管、液壓推桿裝置等組成。
Vertical preheaters are a key equipment for preheat limestone.It consists of preheater body, storage warehouse, feeding duct, hydraulic pushrod device, etc.
此型豎式預(yù)熱器的一個(gè)突出特點(diǎn)是其內(nèi)部設(shè)置有低阻力梁，它可以合理分布窯尾進(jìn)入預(yù)熱器的煙氣氣流，降低煙氣在預(yù)熱器中的阻力，從而減少排煙機(jī)的功率消耗。煙氣在豎式預(yù)熱器中直接穿過料層與石灰石進(jìn)行熱交換，充分利用高溫?zé)釤煔獾挠酂幔故沂A(yù)熱溫度達(dá)到900℃，使石灰石預(yù)熱并有一部分石灰石得到分解。廢氣經(jīng)過熱交換后排出溫度較低（最低可小于235℃），有利于除塵凈化裝置的選型；預(yù)熱器采用12個(gè)液壓推頭向回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)加料。預(yù)熱器頂部設(shè)有一個(gè)料倉，料倉上設(shè)有料位計(jì)控制料層高度；料倉和預(yù)熱器本體之間設(shè)有溜料管，其作用一是將頂部料倉的石灰石送入預(yù)熱器內(nèi)，二是起料封作用防止冷空氣進(jìn)入預(yù)熱器內(nèi)。預(yù)熱器內(nèi)除頂部采用吊掛磚外，其余部位均采用耐火澆注料，磚型少，砌筑簡單；整個(gè)豎式預(yù)熱器運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)備少，設(shè)備維護(hù)量小，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠。
A prominent feature of this vertical preheater is its internal low resistance beam, which can reasonably distribute the flue gas airflow from the kiln tail into the preheater, reduce the resistance of the flue gas in the preheater, thus reducing the power consumption of the smoke exhaust machine.The flue gas directly through the material layer to heat exchange the limestone, make full use of the residual heat of the high temperature hot flue gas, make the limestone preheating temperature reach 900℃, make the limestone preheat and decompose part of the limestone.After heat exchange, the exhaust temperature is low (less than 235℃), which is conducive to the selection of dust removal and purification device; the preheater uses 12 hydraulic thrust heads to the rotary kiln.There is a material warehouse on the top of the preheater with a material level gauge controlling the height of the material layer between the material warehouse and the preheater body sends the limestone at the top into the preheater and the other is to prevent the cold air from entering the preheater.Besides the top, the preheater shall be refractory pouring with less brick type and simple masonry; the whole vertical preheater has less movement equipment, small equipment maintenance quantity and stable and reliable operation.
（2）回轉(zhuǎn)窯 rotary kiln

b) 設(shè)備組成及特點(diǎn)Equipment composition and characteristics
回轉(zhuǎn)窯由筒體、支撐裝置、傳動(dòng)裝置、擋輪裝置、窯尾及窯頭密封、窯頭罩組成。
窯體與水平呈3.5%傾斜放置。配有2套支撐裝置，其托輪軸承為水冷式油勺潤滑滑動(dòng)軸承，并有球面瓦能自動(dòng)調(diào)心。在靠近大齒圈處還配有液壓擋輪。采用變頻調(diào)速電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)窯體，并設(shè)有輔助電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)窯體。窯頭窯尾采用彈簧片式密封裝置。
The rotary kiln is composed of cylinder body, support device, transmission device, wheel retaining device, kiln tail and kiln head seal, and kiln head cover.
The kiln body and the level are placed as 3.5% inclined.There are 2 sets of support devices, whose carrier wheel bearing is a water-cooled oil spoon lubricated sliding bearing, and the spherical tile is automatically adjustable.Hydraulic retaining wheels are also provided near the large tooth ring.The frequency conversion control motor is used to drive the kiln body with auxiliary motor drive kiln body.Spring spring seal.
（3）豎式冷卻器Vertical cooler

豎式冷卻器是冷卻活性石灰的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。由冷卻器本體、冷卻風(fēng)裝置、電振卸料機(jī)等組成。
Vertical coolers are a key equipment for cooling active lime.Made of cooler body, cooling air device, vibration unloader, etc.
本設(shè)計(jì)采用的冷卻器內(nèi)分為四個(gè)冷卻出料區(qū)域，每個(gè)區(qū)域出料速度可根據(jù)料溫單獨(dú)控制；冷卻風(fēng)在冷卻器內(nèi)和熱活性石灰直接接觸，冷卻效果好，出灰溫度低，出灰溫度約高于環(huán)境溫度40℃；冷卻風(fēng)經(jīng)過冷卻活性石灰后溫度可預(yù)熱至600℃以上，作為回轉(zhuǎn)窯的二次助燃風(fēng)使用。冷卻器沒有運(yùn)動(dòng)部件，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，冷卻效果好，設(shè)備維修量少。
The cooler used in this design is divided into four cooling output areas, each area can be controlled separately according to the material temperature; cooling wind in the cooler and thermal active lime, good cooling effect, low ash temperature, ash output temperature is about 40℃ higher than the ambient temperature; cooling air temperature above 600℃, used as the secondary combustion wind of the rotary kiln.The cooler has no motor parts, simple structure, good cooling effect, and less equipment maintenance.
