3.4、工藝流程描述 Process flow description
3.4.1原料上料系統Raw material feeding system
儲存在石灰石堆棚內的粒度20~40mm的合格石灰石裝在地坑篩內,兩個地坑,每個地坑設置兩個出料口,通過1#皮帶機輸送至篩分樓,經圓振篩篩分后粒度為20~40mm的合格石灰石通過2#皮帶輸送至預熱器頂部料倉。小于20mm的石灰石直接落入石灰石篩余倉(儲量:200t/個),石灰石篩余倉下設置有裝車系統,定期將石灰石灰渣運輸出廠。入窯原料中小于20mm的石灰石小于5%。在地坑處、篩分樓處、預熱器頂均設置有崗位除塵,除塵灰就近進入輸送系統后集中到石灰石粉料庫內,排放濃度10mg/Nm3。
Qualified limestone of 20 to 40 m m stored in the limestone shed is installed in the pit sieve with two outlets for each pit delivered to the screening building through the 1 # belt machine and qualified limestone with particle size of 20 to 40 m m is transported to the top warehouse of the preheater through the 2 # belt.Limestone less than 20mm falls directly into the limestone sieve warehouse (reserves: 200t / one). A loading system is set under the limestone sieve warehouse to regularly transport the limestone ash slag from the factory.Limestone with less than 20mm is less than 5%.There are post dust removal at the pit, the screening building and the top of the preheater. After the dust removal ash enters the conveying system, it is concentrated into the limestone powder warehouse, with a discharge concentration of 10mg/Nm3.
3.4.2燒成系統Burning system
預熱器受料倉中的物料經加料管送入預熱器內的各獨立倉室,石灰石、白云石在獨立倉室內緩慢下移,經窯尾熱氣進行預熱,廢氣進入窯尾廢氣處理系統, 已經部分分解的石灰石、白云石經預熱器的液壓推桿推動,通過加料室進入到回轉窯內進行煅燒。煅燒后的成品經過豎式冷卻機的冷卻,溫度被迅速降到 100℃ 以下,以提高成品的活性度。豎式冷卻器內物料的冷卻主要是通過二次風機提供的大量冷風來實現的。出冷卻器的成品由鏈斗輸送機輸送到成品緩存庫。成品緩存庫出灰口設一套在線紅外溫度儀。
The materials in the preheater receiving warehouse are fed into the independent warehouses by the feeder duct. The partially decomposed limestone and dolomite are pushed by the hydraulic push rod of the preheater and calcined into the rotary kiln through the feeding chamber.The calcined finished product was cooled by a vertical cooler, and the temperature was rapidly lowered below 100℃ to improve the activity of the finished product.Cooling of the materials in the vertical cooler is mainly achieved through a large amount of cold air provided by the secondary fan.The finished product of the outgoing cooler is delivered by the chain bucket conveyor to the finished cache library.A set of online infrared thermometer is provided at the ash outlet of the finished product cache library.
燃料為天然氣。燃燒器采用四通道天然氣燃燒器, 一次、二次風機均為變頻調速。
The fuel is natural gas.The burner adopts a four-channel natural gas burner, and both the primary and secondary fans are frequency conversion speed adjustment.
窯頭廠房按照設備維修及耐材起吊需求配置電動葫蘆。
The kiln head plant is equipped with electric gourd according to the equipment maintenance and resistant material lifting requirements.
3.4.3窯尾廢氣處理系統Kiln tail exhaust gas treatment system
出預熱器的廢氣,經旋風除塵器、窯尾布袋除塵器凈化(進布袋除塵器溫度不能高于220℃),凈化后的廢氣經脫硝(預留)、高溫風機(變頻調速)、煙囪排入大氣。。高溫風機房為可拆卸式隔音板結構。
The exhaust gas out of the preheater shall be purified by the cyclone dust collector and the kiln tail bag dust collector (the temperature of the inlet bag dust collector should not be higher than 220℃), and the purified waste gas shall be discharged into the atmosphere by denitration (reserved), high temperature fan (variable frequency speed adjustment) and chimney.The high temperature air machine room is a removable sound insulation board structure.
除塵灰由輸送設備輸送至煙氣除塵灰倉內(儲量:),倉下設置散裝機,定期通過散裝車運輸出廠。
The dust removal ash shall be transported from the conveying equipment to the flue gas dust removal ash warehouse (reserve:), scattered installed under the warehouse and transported to the factory by bulk vehicles regularly.
3.4.4成品篩分粉磨儲運系統

來自燒成系統的成品由板式輸送機、1#NE100板鏈式提升機提升入YA1536圓振動篩,篩分后,大于10mm石灰塊灰由1#輸送帶輸送至1#,2#塊狀石灰倉內儲存(倉儲量500t/個),倉底設置汽車散裝機;小于10mm的石灰粉儲存在石灰石篩余粉灰倉內。粉磨后的物料經輸送設備輸送至NE斗提機提升送至石灰粉灰倉(儲量500t/個),石灰粉倉下設置汽車散裝機。在1#NE100板鏈式提升機出口設置有三通分料閥,可通過三通閥切換后直接進入石灰石篩余粉灰倉內,可調節塊灰及石灰粉產量。在石灰儲運篩分各揚塵點均設置有崗位除塵器,排放濃度10mg/Nm3。
The finished products from the firing system are lifted into the YA1536 circular vibrating screen by the plate conveyor and the 1#NE100 plate chain elevator. After screening, the lime block ash larger than 10mm is transported to 1# by the 1# conveyor belt, and stored in the 2# massive lime bin (storage capacity: 500T/piece). The bottom of the bin is set with a car bulk machine. The lime powder less than 10mm is stored in the limestone sieve residue powder ash bin. The material after grinding is transported to NE bucket lifting machine by conveying equipment and sent to lime powder and ash bin (reserve 500T/unit). The car bulk machine is set under lime powder bin. The outlet of 1#NE100 plate chain elevator is provided with a three-way discharging valve, which can be directly entered into the limestone screen residual powder ash bin after switching through the three-way valve, and the output of block ash and lime powder can be adjusted. Post dust removers are set in each dust point of lime storage and transportation screening, and the emission concentration is 10mg/Nm3.
