本工程設工業電視監控系統。在原料倉頂、回轉窯窯頭窯尾、預熱器頂部、成品倉庫、窯下出料、氧化鈣粉磨車間、氫氧化鈣生產車間等處設工業電視監視點,現場攝像機按實際環境需要分別采用水氣復合、室外全密封式防護罩進行防護?,F場攝像機采用云臺和支架固定。在主控室內采用 55 英寸 LCD 顯示屏組成的拼接屏;拼接屏可實現單屏、多屏、全屏拼接現顯示等功能。拼接屏上部設置 LED 電子顯示屏。系統配備存儲服務器,1080P 高清格式 15 天。

6給水排水

6.1概述Summary
生產、生活供水水源由發包方提供至廠區邊界,接點處供水壓力應不小于0.20MPa。其水質、水量、均應滿足本工程用水要求。

6.3生產消防給水系統

廠內設環狀生產消防給水管網,消防按同時發生一次火災考慮,最大消防用水量室內為10L/s,室外為20L/s,火災延續時間為 3 小時,一次消防用水量為 324m3。消防水由業主提供一路管道。室內外按現行建筑設計消防規范要求設置室內外消火栓及滅火器。室外設地上式消火栓,消火栓沿道路設置,間距不大于120m,保護半徑不大于150m。

8儀表自動化Instrument automation
8.1概述summary
本設計的檢測及調節項目是以工藝系統的要求為依據確定的。設計主要包括原料篩分輸送系統、煅燒系統、成品篩分破碎儲運系統、煙氣除塵系統、氧化鈣粉磨系統、氫氧化鈣消解系統等。

該區建筑的基本要求應符合下列規定:
1)建筑物必須滿足夏季防熱、通風降溫要求;冬季應適當兼顧防寒。
2)總體規劃、單體設計和構造處理應有利于良好的自然通風,建筑物應避西曬,并滿足防雨、防潮、防洪、防雷擊要求;夏季施工應有防高溫和防雨的措施。

1、主要設計原則和技術規定
設計原則
建筑設計適用、經濟、美觀。建筑平面、剖面的設計在滿足工藝生產、操作和檢修的要求下,應符合石灰生產的特點,滿足防火、防爆、除塵、清灰等要求。
a)屋面
保溫材料采用水泥膨脹珍珠巖,按規范施工,滿足使用要求。屋面
現澆鋼筋混凝土屋面防水采用4厚SBS改性瀝青防水卷材和基層處理劑各一道。,屋面排水坡度一般不小于2%,如為上人屋面則采用1%,屋面面積大而高的建筑物均為有組織排水,其它建筑物采用無組織排水。
b)墻體
框架填充墻采用空心粘土磚(或當地實際采用的砌塊等),磚混結構承重墻采用承重砌塊。
c)樓地面
生產建筑及輔助生產建筑采用水泥砂漿面層或砼地面,水泥砂漿面層樓面。潔凈度要求較高的建筑采用水磨石或地磚地、樓面。
8. 裝修
粉刷:外墻粉刷:磚墻采用抹灰墻面外刷有色外墻涂料。混凝土壁板外墻面刷涂料。內墻粉刷:生產車間內墻做150高水泥踢腳線,以上采用抹灰墻面外刷白色墻涂。控制室內墻做150高水泥踢腳線,以上采用抹灰墻面外刷高級乳膠漆。一般鋼筋混凝土庫壁內不作粉刷,要求內壁平整光潔,拆模后用水泥膩子將刷部不整之處刮平即可。
天棚:如為現澆鋼筋砼頂板,拆模后用水泥膩子刮后刷白色涂
料兩遍,如為預制板面應勾縫刮膩刷涂料;控制室設輕鋼龍骨鋁塑板天棚。
9. 門、窗設置
1、門:一般采用木門,有特殊要求時采用鋼木大門,隔音門、防火門等。
窗:一般采用塑鋼窗,如有特殊要求時采用隔音窗、防火窗等。
2、防噪聲措施
對產生噪聲較大的生產廠房(如風機房等),在聲源附近的操作室均采用隔音門窗。
3、防火、防爆措施
對所有建筑物的防火要求,包括材料的選用、布置、構造、人員疏散等均按《建筑設計防火規范》等執行。對于有爆炸危險的生產廠房,均應滿足防爆和泄壓要求。
4、防腐蝕措施
有酸堿等腐蝕介質的地面或樓面均采用防腐蝕措施,并根據腐蝕介質不同而采取不同的防腐材料和構造。
5、建筑設計對采光、通風、日曬的考慮
1) 充分利用日光資源與人工光源,提供高質量的采光照明條件,保證工人的視覺需求。
2)在總平面布置上,建筑物體型和朝向的考慮、門窗處理等方面組織好自然通風,以節省設備和投資。
