A. Set up the target of international operation strategy
According to the operating conception of “l(fā)arge group strategy, small accounting system, capital operating and international operation”, integrate with main international market, develop and strengthen ourselves in the wind and waves of international market and implement continuous development. This reflects on three aspects: one is to combine every possible force, make the existing product and industry finer, larger and stronger, create manufacturing base of Chinese building material equipment; 2nd is to utilizes every possible resource, implement “go out” and “introduce in”, implement three integration on management, technology and service; 3rd is to develop international sales and international resource configuration, bring all positive factors, to build up international enterprise which is influential in building material equipment area.
B. Build international operation strategy platform
Build up three in one international sales mode, crease international sales team with sales + technician + foreign trade personnel, better promote the development in foreign market, improve foreign engineering turnkey capacity, plan to sign 2-3 turnkey projects with the total contract amount of 0.8-1 billion and implement large leap of international trade. Operate the turnkey project of Rwanda, Egypt & Mongolia Cement Production Line and Chile, Brazil, Columbia 120tpd grinding station, Pengfei plan to operate a project, set up a flag, better promote the development in foreign market and make efforts to build up worldwide exporting base of complete set of equipments.
C. Integrate with international advanced technology
a. Introduce in advanced technology, learn, absorb and then re-innovate. Pengfei group successfully developed third-generation product via introducing domestic & foreign vertical mill, roller press technology in and implement the matching supply to main international market.
b. Employ foreign experts to develop new product, invite Part Golden of Russia Belgorod University, operate the development of high-efficient & energy-saving cement processing process & technology of complete set of equipments and implement the application of technology of new type calcination outside of kiln, air flow pre-homogenization and recovery of waste heat, etc.
c. Cooperate with foreign design company and extend foreign main equipments matching market. Invited Suha Ivanov Russian experts of rotary kiln to our company for five times, offered technical guidance of rotary kiln design and manufacturing, solved the technical problem of rubbish incineration application, improved the stability of product and successfully extended the product to Russian market.
D. Integrate with main international market
a. Occupy main market as a breakthrough of project. 1st is to cooperate with first-class international motor factory, open the door of high-end market; 2nd is to cooperate with worldwide famous enterprise, sell product manufactured by Pengfei via its sales routes; 3rd is to mainly extend first-class international matching market, improve the quality of Pengfei product. Export Pengfei building material machinery to over 60 countries and areas of South America, Southeast Asia, Middle-Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa, etc.
b. In order to matching supply products to worldwide famous enterprise, Pengfei group cooperate with maximum cement equipment supplier F.L. Smidth and develop large-scale grinding equipment, become main supplier of Smidth and sell products to the world via its supply chain. Germany Polysius Company indicates the first-class quality requirements of matching market; we improve the quality control capacity of enterprise via manufacturing product for Polysius Company. “Pengfei manufacturing” implements transnational market financing, technical share and complementary advantage.
c. Upgrade turnkey capacity, implement large leap of international trade.
