This equipment could upgrade the coal in low quality to high quality in specific process, meanwhile recycle coal tar to make diesel oil and naphtha, etc., implement the high efficient utilization of coal in low quality, its process & technology is reasonable, comply with national policy, meet the strategy requirements of the development of energy-saving, solve the long-term discrepancy between coal utilization in steel industry and environmental pollution. It is a revolution in coal utilization in history and it has played an active role in coal industry development and the comprehensive utilization in natural gas, petroleum, etc. area.
Though our country is full of coal, but the output of oil, gas and blind coal is less. The quality of oil and gas manufactured via coal high efficient & clean technology is good, produced blind coal could not only meet the requirements of market, but also solve the problem of environmental pollution of coal burning. As during the process of burning, there are a lot of component will be exhausted complying with air which not only polluted the environment, but also wasted resources. Since 30s of last century, Germany began to develop this technology, but they keeping testing status and hasn’t entered into industrial production. This technology put into utilization in our country is an important revolution of coal utilization. At present, the most important problem of coal utilization in power plant, steel plant is pollution, meanwhile sulfur & nitre smoke produced during the burning is seriously polluted in the air. Kiln for coal chemical industry is to change the gas coal into blind coal and upgrade coal in low quality to high efficient coal. Coal tar, natural gas, coal gas, methane will be extracted from the air exhausted from coal burning, processed raw coal implements the increase of value. Meanwhile, this project is used in steel plant, steel plant changed into green plant and power plant changed into green plant which replace the desulfurization dust-remove facilities in the manufacturing plant, reduce the cost of steel and power plant and implement energy saving and consumption reduction. After extracting the oil and gas from coal, raw coal could be used in steel and power plant which could save the energy, reduce pollution and solve the problem of more coal & less oil in domestic market.
