第四章 基礎(chǔ)要求及供貨范圍
Chapter 4 Foundation Requirements and Scope of Supply
一.對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的要求
1. Requirements for the foundation
輥壓機(jī)可以安裝在地平面上,也可以安裝在樓板上,可以采用鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ),也可采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。
The roller press can be installed on the ground plane or on the floor. It can be the reinforced concrete foundation or the steel structure foundation.
由于擠壓粉碎力全部在封閉的機(jī)架被平衡,故對(duì)基礎(chǔ)主要考慮其機(jī)身重量和水平,垂直動(dòng)載荷系數(shù)。
Since the crushing force is fully balanced in the closed frame, the weight of the body and the horizontal and vertical dynamic load coefficients are mainly considered for the foundation.
1.主機(jī)重量按100噸考慮。若將主機(jī)基礎(chǔ)分為兩部分,其各需承受的重量可以按設(shè)備長度比例進(jìn)行估算。
1. The weight of the main machine is considered as 100 tons. If the base of main machine is divided into two parts, the weight that each needs to bear can be estimated in proportion to the length of the equipment.
2.基礎(chǔ)的垂直動(dòng)載荷系數(shù),可以按1考慮。
2. The vertical dynamic load factor of the foundation can be considered as 1.
3.基礎(chǔ)的水平動(dòng)載荷系數(shù),可以按0.8考慮。
3. The horizontal dynamic load factor of the foundation can be considered as 0.8.
