第四章 基礎要求及供貨范圍
Chapter 4 Foundation Requirements and Scope of Supply
一.對基礎的要求
1. Requirements for the foundation
輥壓機可以安裝在地平面上,也可以安裝在樓板上,可以采用鋼筋混凝土基礎,也可采用鋼結構基礎。
The roller press can be installed on the ground plane or on the floor. It can be the reinforced concrete foundation or the steel structure foundation.
由于擠壓粉碎力全部在封閉的機架被平衡,故對基礎主要考慮其機身重量和水平,垂直動載荷系數。
Since the crushing force is fully balanced in the closed frame, the weight of the body and the horizontal and vertical dynamic load coefficients are mainly considered for the foundation.
1.主機重量按100噸考慮。若將主機基礎分為兩部分,其各需承受的重量可以按設備長度比例進行估算。
1. The weight of the main machine is considered as 100 tons. If the base of main machine is divided into two parts, the weight that each needs to bear can be estimated in proportion to the length of the equipment.
2.基礎的垂直動載荷系數,可以按1考慮。
2. The vertical dynamic load factor of the foundation can be considered as 1.
3.基礎的水平動載荷系數,可以按0.8考慮。
3. The horizontal dynamic load factor of the foundation can be considered as 0.8.
