（以下敘述中，項目業主簡稱甲方，項目建設方簡稱乙方）

(In the following description, the owner of the project is referred to as Party A and the construction party is referred to as Party B)
甲方完成立項前的所有審批手續（含工可報告、能評報告、環評報告）。項目立項。
Party A shall complete all the examination and approval procedures (including project feasibility report, energy assessment report and environmental assessment report) before the project is established. Project approval.
乙方提供初步報價，初步報價中包括主機設備表，生產工藝流程圖。
Party B provides the preliminary quotation, which includes the list of main equipment and the flow chart of production process.
甲方接受乙方初步報價后，甲乙雙方簽訂《EPC合作框架協議》。
After Party A accepts Party B's initial offer, Party A and Party B sign《 the EPC Cooperation Framework Agreement》.
甲方支付乙方項目啟動資金。并提供給乙方包含坐標系地形圖。
Party A shall pay Party B's project start-up fund. It also provides topographic maps including coordinate system to Party B.
乙方根據甲方提供的地形圖進行工藝安排，提供給甲方初步工藝布置圖。
Party B shall arrange the process according to the topographic map provided by Party A and provide Party A with the preliminary process layout drawings.
甲乙雙方工藝布置圖確認。
Confirmation of Process Layout Drawings of Party A and Party B
乙方向甲方提供勘探點，由甲方進行勘探，提交勘探報告。
Party B shall provide exploration spot to Party A, and Party A shall conduct exploration and submit exploration reports.
項目進行初步設計。
Preliminary design of the project
初步設計的審查和批準。設計確定。
Examination and approval of preliminary design. The design is confirmed.
